Eric Shapiro

The Flatiron 23rd Street Partnership is the Flatiron District’s personal Santa Claus. Their holiday event series, 23 Days of Flatiron Cheer, brought a wide variety of activities to the neighborhood, from a jazz concert by Matt Wilson’s Christmas Tree-O, to a sketch comedy show by the People’s Improv Theater, to a youth performance courtesy of TADA! Youth Theater. They also organized two canned food drives in partnership with City Harvest. If you missed out on the festivities, you’re in luck. Perhaps you’re familiar with a certain special day that falls shortly after Christmas? It’s called New Year’s Eve, and Flatiron District venues offer a slew of diverse options for all budgets.
