The latest addition to the Madison Square Park Public Plaza’s growing wealth of international fun and fancy eating opportunities is famed ilili’s new “Box”, which will feature some of their favorite Eastern Mediterranean dishes (hummus, shwarma, falafel and more) for lunch- and snack-seekers out for a stroll in the Flatiron District  click here for their menu !  Located in the Flatiron Public Plaza North and open for business from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM, the new offering is worth checking out!  They were recently mentioned favorably in the NY Times and by our friends at the 23rd Street Flatiron Partnership. The stand, in the best of the “recycled” materials tradition, is actually a fixed up and restored shipping container, of all things.
