From June 6th through the end of the summer, Mediterranean restaurant, bar and lounge Pergola will host Saturday brunches from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM in its lush, atmospheric indoor garden. In addition to offerings from Pergola’s new menu (and, of course, the Flatiron restaurant’s award-winning lamb burger), diners can try out a “Sharing is Caring” watering can cocktail, one of many hand-crafted cocktails. Floral-themed events are nothing new for Pergola, which is appropriate considering its location was once a flower shop.
