The New York City Seminar and Conference Center will be the venue for the first annual Age Well/NYC speaker series, celebrating “Health and Wellness” at every age. There will be 6 experts exploring topics on Aging Well, a complimentary vegetarian lunch as well as some topic-oriented give-a-ways, among other items for those attending. The event will run on May 21 from 11:30 am- 4:00 pm at the NYC Seminar and Conference Center at 71 W. 23rd Street.
Here is a quick overview of the Agenda and some of the principals speaking at the Conference:
Keynote Speaker – Sebastian Alvarado Ph. D., Alvarado Lab. Sebastian Alvarado Ph.D. is an assistant professor at Queens College, CUNY, New York. His research program studies how the environment shapes gene function through epigenetic processes.
Moderator – Jeannie Ralston, Founder and CEO of Next Tribe. Jeannie Ralston is the co-founder and CEO of NextTribe, which provides community and travel for women over 45.
Patricia Greenberg, Founder of the AGE WELL Speaker Series. Ushering in a new era of bite sized livable health, nutrition and fitness solutions, Patricia Greenberg, is an expert in all aspects of living life to the fullest at any age.
Eva Julia Grubler, Dharma Yoga Center. Eva Julia Grubler is a dancer and choreographer, and co-owner of the Dharma Yoga Center for the past 30 years.
Will Craig, CEO of ELDR. What if you could live a better life by preparing for the end of it? Is the question he proposes in his program that is designed to accelerate the maturation of the End of Life design.
